Dentist Details

In 2013 Mindaugas Pranskunas completed his master’s degree in Dentistry at the University of Health Sciences in Lithuania and continued on to start his oral surgery residency studies in Maxillofacial Surgery. Coming from a family of established surgeons and dentists, he spent a lot of his childhood in his parent’s practice and had developed a keen interest in the medical industry. After researching the different avenues he could pursue, it became clear that Dentistry was his passion.

During his residency, he was the co-author for his first recognised scientific publication in 2016 and now has 10 further publications that he has written or co-written within the last 7 years. He became a scientific collaborator and co-author on two patented procedures during his time at JSC Biome – a globally recognised award-winning biomedical technology company.
He regularly gets involved with external studies, activities and is a council member of three different Surgical Associations. He has taught Oral Surgery to 3rd and 4th years students at the University of Health Sciences and in 2021, obtained the highest available qualification in this field – his PhD in Oral Surgery.

Mindaugas now works in prestigious dental practices across the world and joined Dental Harmony(London) in 2018. His main areas of expertise are Oral surgery, surgical and periodontal interventions, Implants, Complex Sinus lift surgeries, Bone grafts, and treatment of edentulous jaws.
